Each bottle contains around 200 drops. Do not refrigerate, shake well before use. Store away from excessive heat and light.

Scottish Salmon Oil 99.5%, Antioxidants (Natural Tocopherols) 0.5%, Hemp Extract derived Cannabidiol (CBD). It contains CBD Isolate (500mg) (1000mg) (2000mg).
Product Directions:
We recommend that you shake thoroughly before every use. You can put a few drops under your tongue or incorporate them into your food or beverages.
We advise serving 10 – 25mg daily. For products with a higher CBD percentage, this means fewer drops to achieve this.
New users should start on a low dose and build up gradually to a higher amount if needed. Your endogenous cannabinoids’ level will vary significantly between other individuals, intending that not everyone will respond the same.
The serving size can then be increased or decreased. The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends that healthy adults do not take more than 70mg daily unless a doctor agrees more. This is about 28 drops of 5% CBD.
