What strength CBD oil should I take?
Because CBD oils are not approved as medicines, it can be hard to find consistent advice on how much CBD you should take.
Here at Simply CBD, we have a range of CBD oils that vary in strength from low to high. They are designed for those new to CBD as well as those who may have been taking it for some time.
We recommend starting with a low dose starter product such as Green CBD Oil. This will make it much easier for you to assess how much CBD it takes to start feeling positive results. If you feel no, or only slight improvement with a low dose product, you can then move up to a medium-strength CBD oil to determine whether this works better for you.
What is Full Spectrum CBD?
Because Green CBD Oil is made with Full Spectrum CBD, you will benefit from multiple plant extracts, including essential oils, terpenes, and cannabinoids. Green CBD Oil contains high levels of both CBD and CBDa.
It is usual for Full Spectrum CBD products to contain small amounts of THC. This is the cannabinoid in the plant that produces the ‘high’ feeling. However, THC is present in such low amounts in these products (up to a maximum of 0.2%) that it is not strong enough to produce psychoactive effects.
Full Spectrum CBD contains all of the plant compounds. Thus, it may produce a more potent effect than CBD isolate, which is more processed. This is due to what has become known as the ‘entourage effect’. Essentially this is when the different cannabinoids in CBD work together to create an effect that can be more significant than any of the active ingredients can make on their own.
